USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage

Wow! It’s an impressive film by Mario Van Peebles .

So it’s a Nicolas Cage movie about a Naval ship during World War II that gets sunk by a Japanese sub. First off, in this day and age I do appreciate how Van Peebles showed great diversity on the naval ship. Showed us that there were many different people from many different places on the boat.  It’s a long movie and it’s length allows it to get into much detailed on what happen.

The USA Indianapolis was on a secret mission to deliver two packages. The ship succeeded, but not without being sunken by the Japanese. The survivors have to face off Against sharks until rescued and you would think that was the last part of the movie, but it was not. Then their was a trail about the events that took place.
It is very detailed in its tail of a mission gone wrong.
Nicolas Cage actually did a fine job with this movie, You could tell it was going to be good cause his hair looked good.

Yeah, a bit long but I did like it.
