A Monster Calls

Touching story.
Liam Neeson was perfectly cast as the monster.
Loved the animated fairy tales that inter cut with the live-action sequences.
It was good, did not tug on the heart strings like it was attempting, but it was good. More so saw the intelligence of what the story was putting together with a child using his imagination to get over lost, but the emotional parts did not make me tear up or anything but I was impressed by how smart the film is.
