Not the horror movie I was expecting to see at all and that’s what it was advertised as. It was very real and very wrapped around religion. I would say it’s a faith film but I don’t think christianploitation does movies about demons.

For most of the film its about two men preforming a scene as if though it was a stage play. Sean Patrick Flannery gives a stellar performance as a man claiming to be possessed by A demon. The other man in the play is the doctor assigned to prove or disprove the possessed man is well enough to be executed.

Overall, I did not sign up to see two men go back-and-forth. It’s only a horror movie if your belief in the devil is that real, but mad respect to Flannery, I enjoyed his performance largely.
