Oh Man!

This tuned out to be a solid film. Just the right balance of funny and distributing. I was a little bit afraid from the commercials that the disturbing would be funny and campy but that’s not the case. They knew where the line was drawn and knew how to hop back in forth perfectly.

If you are a fan of the Chucky franchise, particularly if you loved the original film, you’ll see a lot of similarities. It makes me want to forget that remake that they made with Aubrey Plaza and Mark Hamill because this is what that should have been in a nutshell.

They took on a lot sometimes even seem like they changed genres at the strangest time, but it completely works overall to give us a doll scarier than Annabelle (Well her face feels far more frightening anyway)
