This was not half bad

You expect too much from the people of Asylum, that’s obvious, but I got to tell you this movie was solid. Possibly, totally by accident the film was littered with pretty good actors. No one watches an action movie starring Michael Jai white to watch him act but this dude can hold these lines. Kadeem Hardison is also no slouch when it comes to this acting game. Then comes Charles S. Dutton who decided not to phone it in when it came to delivering his lines. Its like he had no idea he was in a low budget b-movie that may or may not have been brought in because he a name people may know that you can put on the poster but he definitely earned that credit. If this movie was slightly better their acting chops may have gotten lost in the shuffle but it was noticeable in the mundaneness of it all.

The movie also had a few plot twist that worked for me well.

I can’t say I’ve seen another Asylum film that stood out as well as this one.
