Inside Game (2019)

It’s a good story but the narrative was dry.

Possibly due to the fact that it was a true story. Inside Game tells a really cool story that in certain places felt too by-the-numbers and lacking emotion. Loved Will Sasso in it. First time I ever seen him do something that was not funny. Not that the character he played was so complex that he could not do it but still he did great job with the material. I’m impressed. He over shadowed Scott Wolf who I’m assuming most of the crowd went to see. Oh well. He was a main reason the film went bland too. He’s reasoning in the film was to keep the story moving and he did such a lackluster job at it. But otherwise it’s a decent film cause of a good story it tells.
