Not bad.

Young adult movie star Shailene Woodley, Not that I mean she’s a young adult, she is but I’m mostly talking about the movie genre she tends to star in, and Sam Clafin, who is not a stranger to the genre himself star in this romance/survival film, based on a true story about two people in love stuck adrift on a boat after a horrible storm.

Honestly, I don’t feel the chemistry is good enough between Woodley and Clafin to invest too much on the cool story. It was fun to see them sailing but not all the scenes with them together really clicked too well.

That’s why when we get to the cool sudden twist of the film, that’s real cool, but does not hit me that well cause I’m not emotionally attached to either characters like they want me to be.

However, the overall touchiness of the film does stab at my heart, but only a little. It’s like watching someone do a back flip but stumbling on the landing. I’m still impressed, but…
