Touching story about a soldier and her dog.

Really like the story, not that convinced of the military vibe the story was engulfed in. Rapper  Common, who plays Leavey’s CO,is a guy with a persona that says authority, but not fully convince of the military swagger he and everyone else is supposed to have in the film. Did not gel with me.

But that’s just me nick picking. Altogether the movie was a great story, very touching film. I think It said a lot about Megan Leavey and her relationship with her dog Rex in the Air force’s k-9 division.

Not a sports movie but you get that same feeling of accomplishment at the end when she tries to adopt the dog.
